The Secretariat of the Research Base for Education Evaluation Reform is a permanent body established by the Comprehensive Reform Department of the Ministry of Education to facilitate daily communication and liaison with various research bases. The Secretariat is located at Beijing Language and Culture University and operates under the Institute of International Student Education Policy and Evaluation. It is responsible for coordinating efforts, facilitating communication and liaison, organizing exchanges and discussions, as well as handling other assigned tasks. Its main responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for communicating the policies and requirements of the Comprehensive Reform Department, and collecting feedback and suggestions from various research bases during the implementation process.
2. Regularly organize relevant meetings and exchange activities to ensure collaboration and information sharing among research bases in the field of education evaluation reform.
3. Assist in the annual selection and reporting of research topics and other projects, oversee the project approval review process, and participate in the final evaluation of projects.
4. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing research outcomes from various research bases and other relevant units.
5. Establish and maintain an expert database covering all areas of educational evaluation, dynamically updating expert information; organize experts to participate in project reviews, policy consultations, curriculum development, and academic exchanges at various research bases.
6. Liaise with various educational evaluation reform research bases to promote the discipline construction and talent cultivation in educational evaluation studies.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the Comprehensive Reform Department of the Ministry of Education.
