    In BLCU, the teaching staff number is 2085, including 771 full-time teachers, 551 administrative staff members, 153 teaching assistants, 107 researchers, 33 full-time student advisors for undergraduates, 17 full-time student advisors for PhD candidates and graduate students, and 3 staff member responsible for psychological counseling.
