International Chinese Language Teaching and Research is an academic journal supervised by the Ministry of Education of China, published by Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU), produced by BLCU Press, and supported academically by the World Chinese Language Teaching Society. The journal aims to advance research and development in international Chinese education, with a focus on Chinese language teaching. Leveraging the expertise and practical experience of scholars, educators, and researchers in the field of international Chinese education worldwide, it serves as a platform for sharing academic research and fostering the growth of disciplinary talent and outstanding educators.
Since its establishment in 2014, International Chinese Language Teaching and Research has upheld the distinguished tradition of advancing the discipline of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. With a commitment to serving the profession, teaching, and educators, it pursues specialized, distinctive, and differentiated development. The journal is recognized as one of the first academic journals certified by the National Press and Publication Administration.
